Customer Journey maps helps figuring out what it’s like for customers to interact with your brand over time and across different channels.
In the slide I recommend a Customer Journey map that includes 4 element in the map:
- Customers as ref. to Personas
- Stages in the journey
- Channels on interaction (online , offline)
- Touchpoint Experiences – positive/negative
On the multimedia design program, there is a lot of focus on the graphical design disciplins.
But I see that a central part of a multimedia product is it’s potential to interact with the user, so the user can achieve his/her goals.
But how can we design this user-multimedia interaction?
Sound is a very important element in communication. Therefore it is important that multimedia design students get an introduction to sound design and how to use it in a video or games product.
With new AV – studios on Business Academy Lillebaelt, the students and over stakeholders can also record sound in good quality :).
